To select eligible candidates for the different posts in our centre. We have vacancy for the following four different posts in our research wing,
- Research scholar – 1 (for research on Prameha)
- Research scholar – 1 (for research in the field of Manasa vyadhis)
- Junior doctors – 2
Selected Research scholars work deeply in that particular field and gain knowledge to effectively handle the particular condition through Ayurveda.
Procedure of selection:
- 3 – 4 members from our trust will be conducting walk in interview.
- 15-20 minutes power point presentation about our trust (aim and objectives) will be given to scholars (students) by the Trust.
- A written test (based on Ayurveda subject & aptitude test) of approximately 30 minutes will be conducted to the candidates.
- 15 candidates in each category selected in the written test will be called for oral interview.
- Candidates selected in the oral interview will be called for final selection. Selected members list published and intimated Priority wise.
Eligibility for campus interview
For the post of Research scholar – BAMS, (with or without MD – any branch)
Age : 25-35 years
For the post of junior doctors – BAMS. (Internship completed or yet to be completed).
Age : 28 or below 28 years
Candidates should possess good code of conduct and respect towards Ayurveda.
Work contract :
1) For the post of Research scholar:
Work contract is for minimum of 2 yrs.
First year they have to work with the senior consultants, Research Administrator and other specialty consultants of the hospital and they have to study, analyze, summarize, document and adapt the modalities of Ayurvedic treatments to particular field (diseases which they have opted).
In short : They have to gain complete knowledge regarding particular field and they are supposed to follow the stipulated timetable given by the Research Administrator and Trust.
2nd year they will be posted as specialty consultant in the hospital and they should effectively treat the particular patients through their enormous knowledge which they have gained in first year.
3rd year if they wish to continue as a specialty consultant in the hospital, Trust will be happy to continue them as a consultant as per the agreement on that date.
For the post of Junior doctors :
Work contract is for minimum of one year.
They are treated as Junior doctors of the hospital. They should work with the senior consultants and reported to the chief consultant of the hospital.
If they wish to continue, Trust will be happy to continue them and agreement should be made on that date.
Duty timings : 8 hrs / day
Working place : Kuvempunagar, Mysore
Salary :
Research scholars : Rs.25000 per month.
Junior Doctors : Attractive salary (Pay scale to junior doctors will be flexible based on their skills & performance)
